No communications, no part
"Ordered a Nissan part that I know is hard to come by. Original order stated that if they did not have it in stock or readily available, cancel the order immediately. Over several weeks, sent emails asking for status. No reply. Called today. Got forwarded to a voice mailbox that was not accepting messages after being placed on hold for 10 minutes."

Great service. Great product!
"I worked with Puget on replacing an 15+ year old desktop computer that was "running out of gas" even after several upgrades over the years. The web site was very helpful in helping me decide what product and options to pursue. They have great follow-up, both pre-sales and after. I did have to contact support after the sale as I wanted to move hard drives off the old system to the new. Puget had already pre-installed one set of cables for me. I later decided to move two more drives than I originally planned, otherwise they would have had that there for me during the build. They were helpful in supplying instructions and even sent me the needed cables.
My use case: Photographer and GIS developer. Lightroom and Photoshop for the photography. MS SQL Server, Esri ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise, Postgres, Python, Typescript on the GIS side."
