Not impressed
"Had a great experience with our designer. Then it went downhill. 4 weeks after placing our order and paying 50%. Oer $20,000. I get notified that one piece was misquoted and that I will have to pay more. We had signed a quote. This should have not happened. Now they agreed to honor the quote and the piece in question is now going to be delayed till December. We ordered this piece the end of the first week of August . December is totally unacceptable."
