"After hearing for years about the great products from PCP&C I am now a very happy owner of one. I am in love with my 510 watt PCP&C PSU. If it wasn't in my computer i think i would take it to bed with me and sleep with it next to my pillow. Watch out for back ordered products from PCP&C, they are very popular and sometimes have trouble keeping up with demand."

"On 08/27/2004 I ordered 2 AMD 64 3200 1 mb cache processors from Monarchcomputer.com, along with motherboards, RAM and Video Cards. I saw them linked from AMD's site and figured they would be reputable. After a week I figured that they were sufficiently over their two day estimated time to fill the order and I called wondering what was going on. From 9/2/2004 to 2004 9/9/2004 I called every day and was assured every time that "it will ship tonight at 10:00 PM". I called them again on 9/10/2004 and learned that they didn't have any 3200 1MB cache in stock, and AMD stopped producing that model. The customer service person on the line offered to upgrade me from the 1024 KB to the 512 KB cache chip (half the cache size). I spoke to a customer service manager who was adamant that the smaller cache chip was in fact a better chip. I canceled the order. Sterling contacted me after I posted here and arranged to upgrade my purchase to a faster model processor for the same price. I agreed and was sent 2 AMD 64-bit 3500+ processors, Motherboards, RAM and a video card. The next week I was charged again for the same items, double charged. That was a $3,000.00 dollar charge for $1,500.00 dollars worth of items. My account went into the negative and my automatic bill pays defaulted. I again contacted Monarch computer and the second charge was credited to my bank a week later. Some weeks later I was looking at my Lian-Li aluminum cases and thought that the look of the case would benefit from brushed aluminum CD-ROM bezels. I looked online and the only vendor that I could find that sold them was, guess who - Monarch Computers. I ordered them on 10/11/2004; Monarch says they shipped on 10/12/2004. It is now 10/25/2004 and I don't have the parts. It could be a problem with the US Postal Service (the postal service in my area is well known for their blunders) or it could be a problem with Monarch. I don't know. Being tired of the time I've spent on the phone with this company, I am just writing the bezels off as a loss. In summery Monarch Computer does have great prices and selection, but seems to have serious problems with their order process. Sterling does some amazing work attempting to patch things up when problems arise from this and if you do have a problem you should ask to speak with him. However the fact remains that this company has problems with their fulfillment of orders."
