Fantastic and Painless Customer Service
"I ordered a pair of shoes that were unfortunately too small and reached out to customer service to initiate the process of returning them. Holland from customer service replied the very next day with a shipping label and made the process very pleasant and truly painless. A week later, I reached out to Holland again to check on my store credit status and again, Holland replied with much efficiency and detailed in his reply email to me how I could use the online store credit I have on my account.
