not flexible on an item ordered that was wrong because i used an actual part number
"I used a part number and your site did not send me the right filter and there was no flexibility to switch to the right one without having to send it back and get 8$ back then order another and pay shipping shipping for the right one. No big picture thinking amazon here I come"
