Live Chat is a joke and no one answers phone
"I asked a very simple question if a certain item is in stock because I can't find it anywhere. Amerock discontinued item but you show it on your site.
Apparently that question is too tough for live chat to answer. I typically shop at Amerock for Less. Much better pricing"
