"I ordered a video card for my friend who was about to go to oversea on July 27, 2006. Monarch confirm my order on the same day and immediately charge my credit card. In the email, it stated that the item shall be mailed in the next 3 days. However, by July 31, the item was still not shipped. I called and found out that they never intend to ship it until Aug 9. No email was send to notify me about the change. Since I cannot wait for the new shipping date, I cancelled the order. I received a confirmation email regarding my cancellation. In the email, it mentioned that my refund shall be process in 15 to 30 days (which is quite long). However, until today (Sept 22, 2006), I haven't received my refund yet! I have tried to send 4 emails through their website form and also call them 6 to 7 times. I have left 3 voice messages for their "credit department" (which I never got a chance to talk to real person!).
In short, this is a worst company that I have ever deal with. I will never buy anything from them again! Please, if you value your money, stay away from them! You have been warned!"
