"Great customer service. My first order showed up damaged (the dress was sent with a stain on the front!) and I immediately e-mailed them. Within 24 hours they responded with an apology, an immediate refund for the shipping cost, a free printable return label, and an offer to let me contact them with any further questions or comments. I returned the item and was refunded the total amount. I've never had such honest, fast, courteous service from an online company. My second shipment arrived in great condition and on time and I will definitely order from them in the future!"
"Do not order anything from this company. Not only do they mark their original prices up from what the actual MSRP is, their processing and customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order which was suppose to ship in 5-7 business days. I still had not heard a word from them after 9 business days even though they had immediately charged my credit card the moment the order was sent to them. I sent them an e-mail and received no response for 4 days. I had to call them and then they informed me after placing me on hold for a long time that they didn't even have the product in stock and they would receive it sometime at the end of this week (putting it a total of 17 days after I first placed the order and my credit card was charged). I am infuriated by their service and I hope nobody shops here. Absolutely despicable.
** Update to store's comments: I called twice and spoke to 2 different reps 1 day apart. The first guy told me that they would receive the product from the manufacturer the next day and I would receive the shipment by the end of the week. He refused to give me expedited shipping even though I had been waiting over 2.5 weeks for my order with the comment that they would "lose too much money since I was getting the item at a bargain price". I called the next day to see if in fact the item was in stock and talked to a lady who informed me that she found the tracking number from the manufacturer and the shipment wouldn't be in until the end of that week and then I could expect my order by the following week. I canceled my order on the spot and I am still waiting (4 days later) for my refund. Of course, they charged my credit card the day I placed the order even though they didn't have the item in stock and it did not state that explicitly on the site.
If you check their Better Business Bureau review, they have an F. Yes, an F. For these exact reasons. I wish I checked that before I dealt with this unorganized, scamming, company.
