Best herbs, blog, and customer service!
"Upon ordering everything I needed to get my startup herbal business inventory complete, the website was very easy to navigate and placing my order was a breeze. Although a couple of my items were not in stock, I was notified promptly and refunded the money spent on one of the herbs, since the herb was not expected to be back in stock within two weeks, while the other herb was back in stock and sent out to me immediately at no additional charge. The customer service rep that contacted me via email was friendly and professional. After this experience, Mountain Rose Herbs is now my “go to” supplier for all my herbal needs! Thanks MRH and keep up all the great work you are doing, not only for small businesses such as mine, but for the herbal community as well! You are a true inspiration!"
