"I ordered a new bulb. Instead I got a used bulb full of finger prints and scratches. They told me to send it back and they wouold pay the shipping costs, After they got it back, they are refusing to refund all shipping costs and say they did me a favor not charging a restock fee, after sending me a used bulb, DO NOT buy from these people. And the canned speeches made on here about them are clearly written by them. Who writes like that? Again, DO NOT buy from them, you will be screwed."
