Shipped broken chair, not helping fix it now
"Bought a bunch of chairs from him, and everything went well. After assembling the chairs, found out that one of them was missing entire electrical assembly. Sent him pictures of that, and later he shipped out a replacement electrical unit. Now I am stuck trying to learn how to install it, but he stopped answering/helping."
