"This is a terrible company. I "Pre-ordered" their YuFu Stylus Pro back on June 26, 2014 and unfortunately used Paypal to pay for the order. Paypal pays immediately. I have never received that stylus. Hex3 does not reply to my emails and I now have to admit I just lost the "discounted" charge of $95.16. Don't do any business with them. I think they just take the money and run."

"I ordered a Samsung TXM3098WHF High Definition Television and paid for premium shipping. I thought I was ordering new (nothing on order indicated refurbished) and when TV came via standard shipment weeks after order, it was obviously refurbished. I tried to contact them but was absolutely unable to remedy deficiency. I decided to live with it, but less than three months after purchasing the TV, it started randomly shutting off. Samsung told me I have no warranty through them. Very bad situation: TV will cost nearly as much to fix as it did to buy. These people are frauds, crooks and any other negative label I can think of. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!"
