"I purchased Sony Ericsson K630i phone, received it in few days, $ 25.84 shipping cost seems fairly high for UPS Ground Shipment. My phone broke few month later, Sony kept my phone over 2 month, because they call it "grey market phone", phone, that is not released for US Market. At the end I got rid of this phone and decided to get a new one. I emailed atgsm.com and asked, if they would offer rebate for a returning customer. 3 days later, still no answer, so I emailed again. It is over a week now and they didn't bother to reply. So I decided to call and I have been told, there is no rebate for returning customers."
