"AWFUL. I used ADT for the longest time and it just wasn't doing it for me. Every time I called for customer support, I never got the help I needed.
I started using ADT because someone came to my door and I feel essentially pressured me into a getting a system. After letting him into my house and he estimated what system I would need, all of a sudden I saw myself signing a contract without talking to my husband first. I'm infuriated and wanted to cancel my contract, but ended up not being able to get in contact with someone from their customer service dept. I strongly DO NOT recommend ADT to ANYONE. Stay away from the scam!"

"I used to use ADT for many years, and since I've switched to SafeMart, the difference was ASTOUNDING. SafeMart has been amazing responding to my every question and addressing my every need. I'm generally not very good at setting up devices myself, but the DIY setup was extremely doable, and saved me a lot of money! So far, I love SafeMart and I've been recommending to all my friends and family, and now you too! You won't regret it."
