STAY AWAY from this company!
"I ordered candy for an upcoming event (doing a candy buffet). I read their warm weather policy & did everything they suggested to avoid problems with candy melting: I paid $9 extra for the "insulated box" which was literally a waste of money! It was nothing more than a cardboard box, lined with sponge & covered with thin, foil paper! Needless to say...when I opened the box (which was IMMEDIATELY after it was delivered... I heard the door bell ring & got my text alert)... regardless... one of the pkgs. of candy was ripped... pieces were spilled out in to the box & mixed with melted ice... and the other candy was extremely soft & melty! The ice pack (there was only ONE)... was completely melted & the inside of the box had to have been close to 90 degrees or more! I attempted to call the company right away & not only did they not answer... but there wasn't even a way to leave a message! I emailed them & it took TWO DAYS to even get a response! Then... after reading these reviews... I checked & lo and behold... no expiration date on any of the candy! I am NOT a happy customer & would not recommend this company to anyone! I am in the process of disputing the charges on my cc."
