"Ordered a hat , imagine my surprise when the yellow number on the front turned out to be glittery gold. Husband won’t wear it. And although I paid 27.99 they will only reimburse me 18.99. Will never order thru them again. We are huge nascar fans and we WERE loyal to the brand. Why do they want to make it so hard to be loyal?"
