"I ordered a saddle pad and it didn't fit, so I returned it. I read their return policy beforehand - "We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, cannot be returned." I was charged a restocking fee for returning a "dirty and soiled" item. It was in pristine condition, tags still on. I asked them to check to be sure and send me pictures. They sent pictures of a very dirty saddle pad that didn't even look like the one I ordered. They would not even consider that they may have gotten my order mixed up with another. They would not refund the $8 and lost a customer for that price. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from them."
