"Simple over under shot gun, you would think that either the manufacturer or buds would try fitting the barrel on to the stock and see if the forend fits before mailing it to a customer... buds says they cant do anything about it and tell me to go thru the manufacturer. Manufaturers warrentee department tells me its a 4-6 week process... such a shame"
The customer ordered via our mobile website. The customer elected to put this order on 90 day layaway. Once the order was paid off, we processed and shipped it to his FFL dealer. The customer filled out the paperwork and took it home prior to inspecting the gun. We ask a customer to evaluate the gun prior to accepting transfer and taking it home in case there are any issues. Once the customer got home, he noticed there was an issue with the stock fitting the forend. At this point, we directed the customer to call CZ(manufacturer) to start a warranty claim. Of course if the customer has to pay for shipping to send the gun back, we will cover that by providing a pre-paid shipping label. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience in this matter.
