one of the worst experiences I have ever had on an exchange
"Spent time on the site and found what I felt was a perfect match for what I needed. I called the 800 number on the site and attempted to speak to a rep that was able to sell what I wanted.
I went through the process of calling, giving my information, waiting to be transferred to a sales agent, being disappointed they had no ability to sell me what I found on the site seven times.
Complete waste of my time.
I just went straight to the insurer."
