TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
"I ordered a mug for my disabled father on May 8, 2019. It did not finally arrive until June 21, 2019. I called customer service 4 times and was always told someone would look into the issue and call me back and NO ONE ever did. I also tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me do that either. There are far better medical supply companies out there - avoid this one at all costs."
