Awful
"Awful. 3 pairs of glasses - 3 frames not in stock, then “back ordered”. They advertise d/c frames as on sale, then after you purchase, the ey tell you they don’t have them (why are you selling them as on sale if you don’t have them?) & want you to buy frames 2x as much. I believe it’s called bait & switch.
This was my experience 3 times in a row for 3 pairs of glasses."
