"Terrible service. I wanted a cancellation and they claimed it was impossible, even though according to their website, the stage the order is in allows for order changes. I was told I would have a 15% restocking fee since they cannot cancel my order. Customer service disconnected the chat window on me without notice. When I called them, a woman who could barely speak English picked up, and expected me to be able to work with her. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs."
