"The entire order process went very well and the prices were excellent. The only problem has been dealing with the shipping vendor, FedEx. I currently don't actually have the product as it is being held 20miles from my house. Since FedEx in their infinet wisdom decided it would be smart to completely segregate their ground service from overnight, it's like dealing with two different companies. Makes for a wonderful customer experience when trying to reschedule delivery. Please consider UPS as the primary shipping company!"
