RUN DO NOT WALKAWAY FROM HARDWARE AND TOOLS!!!!!!
"Ordered per there description stating Watts Water Coupling 3/8" nothing nothing more nothing less.
I ordered it for 3/8" tubing. Ordered six couplings and paying their USPS Priority pricing which is high. SEVEN days later!!!!! I receive the couplings. Turns out Watts Water describes their couplings as ID not OD even though they do not indicate so by LEAVING OUT OD OR ID and Hardware Tools just posted it as such taking no responsibility for misleading advertisement!!!! Keep in mine everywhere I have shopped gives their description including either ID or OD some even go the extra mile and state ID and OD.
Upon dealing with their customer service they not take responsibility for their misleading posting and blames it on Watts Water saying that is what was passed on and will not refund the coupling that I had torn open packaging to remove the coupling They will refund the other five. So... I am out of over Twenty Five Dollars in time and materials to ship back the remaining five couplings. What I am out of for paying USPS Priority, the coupling I cannot use, a mailer, postage and my time.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF MISLEADING POSTINGS AND THERE EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING WHEN YOU PAY EXTRA FOR PRIORITY!!!!
RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM HARDWARE AND TOOLS.

It will probably take forever for my refund after posting this truthful experience!"

Run away!!!! Do not walk away from Chairish.com!!!!
"Purchase ceramic lamp on 29/09/21 from Chairish.com. Stated Perfect condition no cracks or chips! Received 05/10/21. Immediately notified them there were two large pieces that were repaired leaving cracks & chips. Sent multiple photos and copies of their posted description. They kept stalling until 13/10. Finally stated I would have to send large ceramic lamp back at my cost & use of my personal time."
