"I bought a pair of shoes from allheart.com that didn't fit me correctly and were painful to wear for even a few minutes, so I sent them back (and paid for the return shipping.) They returned the shoes to me without giving a reason, so I had to call the customer service number. They told me that they were returned because the shoes were worn and the soles were dirty. I wore the shoes for a couple minutes around my house and had to take them off because they hurt - they're in perfect condition. The soles are exactly the way they came: a dingy orange color and white...if I wore these shoes anywhere that white would be filthy! It's not my fault the manufacturer chose to make the soles a dingy orange. They said since the returns department already reviewed them they could not take them back, but they'd give me a 20% discount. I paid $60.00 + shipping and they only gave me $12 back for shoes that I can't wear. I'll never buy anything from them again."
