"Customer service is a joke. They don’t return messages or emails. Their policy for returns is contacting them so they could organize a refund within a certain amount of days. Which is fine and dandy if they would actually respond to voice mails or emails. This went on for 2 months. ( well past the return date)
This company tells you what you want to hear on their website but don’t follow through, especially when they have your money.
They got the better of me cause I returned the package to them, tracking shows they received it but still haven’t heard from them in over 2 months. They basically took my money and ran."
