"We are very satisfied with our new AVA computer. We wanted to replace our 8 yr old Dell and I wanted a new desktop that I could configure myself based on my research of low failure rate and good reviews of components. Also important was US based support and no bloatware.
AVA was the only custom builder that had all of my chosen components at reasonable prices. The ordering process was easy and they confirmed my build was proper. I like the fact that they test the system before shipping. The new computer arrived in about 2 weeks. It was well packed and was in fine condition upon arrival.
It was easy to get up and running. I had one issue with Microsoft Home and Student not opening for my wife. I called support and spoke to Vedran. He was most helpful. He took control of the computer through Teamviewer and figured out the issue and corrected it. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I can only imagine the headache I would have had dealing with HP or Dell.
In summary, the computer build is excellent, the prices are right, and the support is top notch. You will not be disappointed.
