A Sunken Ship
"This company has done nothing but go downhill for the last 5 years or so. Go ahead and order if you're okay with your order being 45 days late and completely unusable. I'm fighting with them now to get a refund, but they'll probably only offer to refund me "the difference in shipping", meaning the extra $5 I paid to get it at an earlier date.
This place is an absolute JOKE. Find a company that delivers your goods when they say they will. This ship is about to be resting next to the Titanic. Rust In Peace."
