"Ordered 2 pair of Beats by Dre. Received one pair. They said they would resolve it but I need to download pictures and packing slip? I have all that but am having trouble with my computer. Why should I have to do that? Also, We ordered 8 mystery boxes. My kids and Grandkids love them!! All 8 were the same!!!! No mystery there."
