"I'm joining a long list of people who are dissatisfied with Precision Photo. I ordered a small part of my Nikon 600 flash, received confirmation of my order, and that was it. A month later still no word about my order. Phone calls were left unanswered as were an email I sent. Finally, I requested that my order be canceled. Another company sent the needed part to me within three days! Stay away from this company!"
