"CAG shipped me an incorrect unit from what I had ordered, the unit had obviously been a previous return. Upon requesting exchange, they were going to charge 10% restocking fee, and minimum 20% if it had been opened. (try to find their required RMA request form on their web page.....) I obtained an RMA from them after several attemps, shipped it back, FedEx has sig that it was delivered, but they say they never received it back.
Now they have my $ and the original unit they sent me.
Filed a claim with Discover which I shouldn't have had to do, but Discover makes their money off of them, so I'm not holding my breath.
DO NOT BUY FROM. LOOK UP BBB COMPLAINTS!!!!"

"I have ordered several items from Buy.com over the last few years and have never had any problem with them. I just placed another order yesterday with them. Will give a review how this order goes also when received.
It appears most of the negative feedback on Buy.com stems from rebates not being honored from Connect3D, not Buy.com. I hope all you folks get your rebates, but was it really Buy.com's fault?"

"Tigerdirect.com advertises very good prices...AFTER a rebate from it's sister company. (if you actually get the rebate that is)
I had ordered a barebones computer system from Tigerdirect in 2005 which had 3 rebates. The rebates were submitted correctly, although took 6 months to receive. I felt this was an unacceptable amount of delay to receive the rebates, but I did receive them.
In June of 2006, I thought I'd try Tigerdirect again and ordered another barebones system which had 4 rebates. I received one $10 rebate in 4 months, but I am still waiting for the other 3 rebates which total $140. At this time it has been 7 months I have been waiting after the approval e-mail I have received from Onrebate. Their website says they are approved, just waiting for the check to be mailed. This has been 7 months. I feel this is an unreasonably long time to wait for a rebate, and I will never again order from Tigerdirect.com. I still have not received the rebates.
If you are considering ordering from Tigerdirect.com, do yourself a favor first by doing a quick internet search for "Tigerdirect Scam" and see what comes up."

"OnRebate is an online retailer's sister company which processes rebates for basically itself. (I had to remove the company's name due to reseller ratings now allowing me to put it in the review) You can easily determine which retailer I am talking about by doing an internet search for "Onrebate Scam"
