"Do not trust this website, it is just like any other that tried to up-sell you. I placed my order on Monday, the same day I got a call from them "confirming" my order. They tried to up sell me on over priced battery saying that the battery the camera comes with only lasts 24 minutes. I declined, the representative still told me that he would ship it the same day. I waited until Wednesday to call because my card hadn't been charged, they were closed until today. I called today, got transferred twice even though I just wanted to talk to customer service and that's what I selected on my phone. Each time I was on a 10+ minute wait.
After I finally got someone on the phone, he asked for my name (no order date, or number) and then said that the camera is on back order for another 2 months!!! I went to the website it still shows that's available.
They do show the best prices but then they over charge you on everything else and if you don't buy the "other stuff" they don't ship your order. If you want to over pay for memory, batteries, warranty then this is the website for you. Otherwise stay clear from them, they are a fraudulent company. Will NEVER do business with them."
