"Got a $73 book for $23 used and it was in excellent condition. I accidentally put the wrong zipcode so it took a bit longer to deliver, but that was my fault and it was in fedex's hands by then anyway. But bookbyte customer service responded promptly when I emailed to mention the wrong zipcode, they promised to reship if the book got returned to them. All in all, easy order, good impression of service."

"After making my order on 10/13 evening, I checked reseller-ratings (i know, wrong order) and I got nervous reading the reviews here. But order went very smoothly despite my own mistake. I put the wrong state on both my billing/shipping address. So I emailed the company right away to let them know. They emailed back 10/14 morning saying they had made the correction. Got a tracking number 10 minutes later. And got the package a few days later on 10/16. Was surprised and happy."
