Horrible customer service
"I order two dresses from this company to be in my best friends wedding. I was worried about ordering from one of these online companies like this, but my best friend loved the dresses for her bridesmaids. My daughter’s dress fit, but mine didn’t. I reached out to this company to try to exchange the dress. No response. I reached out again and then was told the 14 day exchange/ return period had passed. Of course the timeframe would pass if there was no response to my first request. So now I’m **** with a dress that doesn’t fix. Worst experience with this company."
