TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
"I ordered a part for a lawn mower in November of 2023. Every two weeks I would receive an automated message saying the part is back ordered. On March 17, 2024, I received a message saying the order was cancelled with no explanation in addition to the fact I never received a refund. I had to call them 2 weeks later to request my refund even though they cancelled the order. The person I talked to said they automatically cancel orders if they are not after a period of time. The person then told me they now had the part in stock and asked if I wanted to reorder. She said part would be shipped that day and that I would receive it in about 4-5 days. I reordered part, unfortunately after two weeks of waiting I still had not received the part or any confirmation. I had to call them back againand then was told that they had a software update and that was the reason for the delay and that it would ship in a couple days. After waiting two more weeks and not receiving the part or any confirmation that it was being shipped, I called cancelled the order on April 29, 2024. It is extremely difficult to contact them to talk to a live person and when you do they lie about the status of the order. I am not sure what country they are located, but their English skills are very poor. I will never attempt to order anything with this company again. By far the worst company I have ever done business with!"
