"Well to start of it is almost impossible to get ahold of sales or customer service and it seem like it forever to get the art work back.. then they even screwed that up and offered to either replace mugs or reimburse us 40% of the cost so the company decided to take the 40% . So at this time we are still waiting and emails have been sent and calls have been and made and still no response from anybody... THIS SITE AND COMPANY IS A JOKE..."
