"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Dec. 23 that were supposedly in stock and received only one pair in the mail. I called on Dec 28 to ask about the 2nd pair and was told they would not be receiving them, I should cancel my order. I did that and was told I would get a refund in 30 days. I started calling again in Feb.and each time the site said the store was closed. I finally got through today and spoke to the same woman, Miranda, who said they have been having problems with their credit returns. She said it would be a week or two to get my money back. She transferred my call to "Jason,the shoe store manager" and of course, I had to leave a message. I left my home phone number and said I expected a call back. After 4 months of no response, I would encourage NO ONE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE."
