"This supposedly 'new' pressure tank was packaged in the mfgr's box, but obviously not the original packing materials, just loose pieces of cardboard. The bottom mounting flange was bent, as though the tank had been dropped. Since I needed the tank soonest, I was willing to overlook these problems, and not bother with the hassle of returning it. I had to hammer the flange back into shape. One good thing about this purchase is the order was handled fast and the tank arrived in a week.
Probably will not buy from this seller again."

"Web site easy to use, no problems finding the product I was looking for. Good communications, received emails for order conf, shipping notice. Suprisingly fast shipping, only two days after the order I received the shipment (seemed to ship from an address near my state, instead of from Indiana."
