"We called Telco Depot to order an office phone system. We had no idea what we were doing, or even what we needed. The people over there were very helpful. They suggested a system that would work for us and would be able to grow with us as our business expands. We have had to call them several times to figure out how to use our new phones and every time they have been great. I'm ordering another phone and headsets from them today."
"I placed an order on 3/1/11 for a kitchen sink and faucet. Both items appeared to be in stock on their website. Both said ship within 3-7 days. After a week and no e-mail with a tracking number, I called customer service. I was on hold for 30 mins and finally got someone who told me that the faucet was on backorder until July and the sink was "special order" and would ship in 2-3 weeks. I told them that the website said they shipped in 3-7 days, and they said "no... it says "usually" and you should have called to confirm" I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said they could try, and there might be a restocking fee. They also said they needed to contact the manufacture and warehouse and would get back to me. I called back the next day (30 min wait) and was told that they had not heard back yet. They suggested that they could possibly change the sink order and should be able to cancel the faucet, but to call back later to see. So I called back again. This time I was told I could cancel the faucet for a 15% restocking fee. (their website says if a back order is more than 30 days you can cancel with no restocking fee) I told them I was not paying a restocking fee. The girl told me she needed to check with her manager and would be back. After being on hold for 20 mins I got disconnected. Another call, this time I got Shannon who was very helpful, got the faucet canceled for a full refund and was able to switch the sink to something that was in stock. They sink showed up last Monday, wrong sink. I called again and they said sorry, we will send a call tag and get the correct sink out. Well the new sink shows up today (3/28) and it is the wrong one - again. Same one they sent last time. I tried to call this evening on hold for 43 mins and disconnected. Called back, on hold 60 mins and disconnected. At this point I'm going to call my credit card company. STAY AWAY from these people!!"
