Wasted my whol day
"I made an appointment to bring in 2 vehicles. One for a simple nail removal and plug, the other for a rotate, balance and alignment. I took off a day of work to go to my appointment and have this work done. I arrived on time for my appointments only to be told the computers were down and they can't do anything? I said "can you just plug the tire and we will leave the van and pick it up later and the end of the day" I was told NO, I asked again, can you at least plug the nail hole? NO...
I will never go back and will continue to write this review on any site I can find. Your customer service is appalling. I cant believe you could not honor your commitments. You know they still make a pen and paper.. Write it down !!"
