"Ordered on a Sunday and my costume was here Wednesday, so fast shipping. However, I ordered a yellow southern belle dress. They sent a white one. And it had a few holes in the fabric.. a few stitches will fix them, but should I really have to mend a brand new $40 costume? Not even going to bother exchanging it after reading these bad customer service reviews.
Update: Ended up exchanging bc it was for a costume wedding at which I discovered no guest may wear white... so I had to return the white dress that should have been yellow in the first place! Called the company and they picked up on the second ring. They were very friendly, helpful, and apologetic and refunded me in full within a reasonable amount of time. Great customer service."
