I'm done with these guys
"Bike Somewhere has a solid inventory and I have bought from them several times over the last 5 years. I have also come to expect from them, without fail, the absolute slowest shipping of any vendor I've ever used. It is 100% accurate to say they consistently wait a full week or more before even printing a label. This is clearly not the industry standard as I have gotten packages from Asia and Europe in less time than Somewhere consistently requires. Incredulous, I contacted them about this issue a couple of years ago and got a curt, defensive response. The lady basically told me, they declare the shipping time in advance, they're busy, and that if I want it faster I can pay for "express." I quit at that point. No explanation as to what timing "express" gets you but it is very expensive. So be aware, Bike Somewhere management openly states their indifference to the customer's expectation of timely shipping. LOL I still use them occasionally if their price is decent and provided I can wait a month for something to go 500 miles. Bike Somewhere is a business with a middle-finger-to-the-customer attitude. I personally hope they get the disaster they're inviting."
