Sent wrong item
"The wrong item was sent. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. The people i finally talked to had no idea what was going on. Then my refund was held until the FFL sent the gun back - which is not right since I refused acceptance. In other words, I never actually bought or took possession of the product. Ultimately found my item cheaper at a local store. Buds used to be great and the cheapest....just doesn’t appear to be the case anymore."

We do recommend that customers thoroughly inspect any firearms purchased before accepting the transfer. If there are any issues please contact us prior to accepting transfer. We will have it picked up for free and offer you an exchange.

This customer did just that and contacted Bud's to let us know! We were able to get in touch with the FFL dealer, who then requested that we have UPS come to his location to pick this up. We had UPS pick this up and this was delivered back to us in less than a week and customer was refunded on the same day this return was received.
