Defective modem but seller refuses to believe what I describe
"I bought the identical model of modem that I had been leasing from Frontier, expecting that with no other changes in the number of devices or set-up that the modem would perform the same. It does not. The upload speed is 7 (on a 30/30 plan) and my devices continuously lose connection to the modem. This never happened on the 4 year old model from Frontier. Despite having explained the problem repeatedly to the seller, he tells me that I'm expecting a $30 modem to perform like a $300 model. He has never addressed the problem I've explained time and again. I won't bother sending the piece of junk back. Don't make the mistake of buying from this outfit."
