"Our overall experience was great. Kevin Brady was extremely helpful answering all my questions before we decided to buy. We purchased the Largo in May and absolutely love it! Very sturdy piece of equipment, really quiet and it's small enough to use in our bedroom. We really like the rollerless rear drive. Assembly went smoother and quicker than expected, no problems at all. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend the company."
