"These guys are awesome! I have purchased many items from them over the years, and they are always on top of everything. They have a tremendous knowledge base, and are always helpful and courteous. Shipping is very fast, I've often received items within three or four days, and they are across the continent from me as well as being in the U.S.A. (I'm in Canada). Highly recommended!!"

"Completely fraudulent. Battery ordered on Aug.21/11. No battery ever received. Complaint made to company, and their response was to check with Canada Post within a week. Canada Post has no record of item at all, Singapore Post states tracking number is not valid. No further response from company, which is, as stated, not in Canada but is in HK. Dispute filed with Paypal and has been escalated to a claim as they have not responded to the complaint. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to get ripped-off!!!"
