Wasted my Bucks
"I recently ordered a thesis on the developments in bioscience, but the deliverable was out of date and incomplete. I have contacted customer service several times, but they have never responded, so my attempts to get answers and clarification have been ignored. This lack of attention and accountability from the customer support team has been frustrating, considering the importance of the topic and the urgency of addressing the issues in the provided material."
