"Tony handled the order. He made helpful suggestions to go along with the order, and I ended up purchasing the case to go with my item, which has been VERY helpful! I was using a credit card that didn't have my name personally on it, so he asked that I fax the person's drivers license as well as the credit card to verify the cardholder's identity. The cardholder was very happy about this, knowing that someone valued his security. The product arrived extremely fast (3 days ground shipping) and exactly how it was described. My only complaint would be that the website could use some tweaking, and the problem with taking an order over the phone meant that I couldn't access my online account for tracking without doing some mental gymnastics to figure out the temporary password that wasn't passed on to me over the phone. I eventually got it to work though. All in all, a great experience, and we saved over $300 over our major music store's price! WOW!"
