"I purchased equipment from this company and paid extra to get the product shipped to me earlier. I am a DJ and I need some equipment as my current unit was not functioning properly.
When they shipped out the product they, the weight that was added to the shipping label was not correct and the product was sent back to them. Since the package was coming to Canada they were not able to get the equipment on time. In conversing with them to try and get options to get the product to meet my deadlines, I was given 2 options, wait or i could get a refund. I ended up speaking to the shipping manager in who ended up yelling at me on the phone and called me a "Dumb Canadian" before hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to Eugene who said he was the owner that apologised and told my why they couldnt get the product to me on time. I took the refund from the company. In general the people there were very nice but I was not satisfied they could not meet my deadlines"
