Don't judge a book by it's cover
"I was shopping around for in wall subwoofers, hoping to save a buck. I went to all the usual suspects: ebay, offer up, Amazon and Google selling search. Ended up stumbling upon Thunder AV's website. Admittedly, I was wary after seeing how aged the website was; I've been burned buying from similar websites in the past but I convinced myself to give it a try. It's the 21st century and I know how to file a charge back if anything goes awry.
Placed my order online but didn't hear anything for a few days so I followed the directions telling me to give them a call. Spoke with Jerry and got my order straightened out. I also learned that he was an authorized dealer for Earthquake which made my purchase sit a little better knowing I wasn't getting b-stock from some warehouse that was repaired by an ill-reputed source. Sub came arrived undamaged and bench tested fine. Look forward to get these mounted in wall soon."
